• YOUR CAP & GOWN COST IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR SENIOR FEES PACKAGE.

• The cost for your cap, gown, tassel, diploma & diploma cover is a separate payment and must be made DIRECTLY to the vendor: Herff Jones.

• Your cap & gown payment is due by February 10, 2023.

  • If you do not pay by February 8th the company will begin charging a late fee. The late fee increases weekly.

  • We CANNOT waive the late fee.

• If you order additional items from Herff Jones other than the required cap & gown package you WILL NOT receive your cap & gown unless you have paid your balance to the vendor IN FULL.

• You cannot cancel an order once it has been made.

• You WILL NOT be able to participate in the graduation ceremony if your balance has not been paid to the vendor.

• Cap & gowns will be distributed to students AFTER they have cleared for graduation. We will NOT distribute cap & gowns early for pictures or any other reason.

Instructions for Senior Dues:

• Create an account.

• Verify your account. (An email will be sent to the email address that you register your account with.)

• Select the package.

• You have the option to Pay in Full or Installments

  • Installments: You can select to make payments monthly for up to 6 months.

  • Installment plans are deducted automatically.

  • Due dates are provided once you start the installment plan.

  • The system will charge fees if your miss a payment or a payment is returned. We CANNOT waive this fee.

Instructions for Herff Jones:

1. After you click the link scroll to the bottom and type Douglass High School

2. Click the one that says "Atlanta, GA"

3. Scroll down and click on "Cap & Gowns"

4. Then Click ""shop grad products"

5. Scroll all the way down and click "continue shopping"

6. Click on "Required Cap & Gown Unit" cost should be $105.
